Plan administrator reports capital call, administrative payment and FY27 reimbursement budget

Joy Sapp, deputy director of finance and plan administrator, summarized administrative and cash matters for the trust. She said the committee had a capital call that settled 07/29/2026 and noted an administrative payment to Marquette Associates for consulting services. Sapp told the committee the fiscal‑year‑27 budget included $5,500,000 to reimburse the county for health‑care costs and that the first quarterly reimbursement would occur in the latter part of September.

The committee moved to accept the plan administrator report and voted "Aye." Chair David Weiskopf closed the meeting after a final motion to adjourn.
