Court approves purchase of Lot 2, Block 1 of Bluebell Subdivision

After returning from closed session, Commissioner Hale moved to approve purchase of Lot 2, Block 1 of the Bluebell Subdivision at the amount recommended in the attached documentation (or a proportionally lesser amount for a smaller parcel), and authorized the county administrator to execute all documents required for closing. Another commissioner seconded the motion and the court approved it by voice vote, recorded as 3–0.

Earlier, the court had recessed into closed session under the real-estate provision of the Texas Open Meetings Act to discuss right of way for County Road 1104 and the Collin County Adventure Camp; the court stated on the record that no action had been taken in closed session.
