On the parking garages that share service with multiple buildings, staff said an engineering report from November 2024 estimated roughly $6,000,000 in necessary repairs and that figure has likely increased since then. "It's estimated at 6,000,000 of repairs that are needed," the building official said. He added that the property manager (Transwestern) is now cooperating with phased repairs and that staff will continue to press for timely remediation and additional engineering documentation.
