The Design Review Board on Aug. 27 approved the Eagledale Townhomes application (file 6B, DocDash59‑26), clearing a proposal for 74 units across 26 buildings within the Everton subdivision in Eagle.
Chair opened the hearing and asked the applicant to state his name and address for the record. Rich Brown of Trisudio Homes said, “We are calling the Eagledale Townhomes,” and presented three building types (duplexes, three‑plexes and four‑plexes), three color schemes and material samples. Planning staff Emily Falco told the board that “design materials and colors of the townhomes have been deferred to the board” and recommended conditions to ensure roof and landscape details are shown on final elevations.
After discussion about colors, stone accents and screening for mechanical equipment, the board adopted the staff recommendation and added site‑specific conditions requiring revised elevations that clearly show metal roofing with concealed fasteners, additional stone around some garage doors per an applicant sequence to be approved by staff and one DRB member, and a revised color scheme providing more contrast between palettes. The motion to approve the application under those conditions was made and seconded; the chair called the vote and “motion carries.”
The board did not record individual roll‑call tallies in the transcript; the approval was announced by voice vote. Next steps include submission of the revised elevations and landscape plans for staff review and approval by a designated DRB member as specified in the site conditions.
