Applicant corrects packet typo: fences will be wood slab, not vinyl

When reviewing the fencing plan the board member noted the packet showed vinyl fencing in places. Applicant Rich Brown corrected the record, saying the packet contained a typo and the project will use the Everton‑approved wood slab fence rather than vinyl.

Rich Brown told the board, “It’s it’s not it’s not vinyl,” and confirmed the wood slab fence is the intended construction type; he said the packet will be updated to correct the error. The fencing plan presented showed a mix of visual (see‑through) perimeter fencing, interior privacy fencing and specific walls facing Palmer, consistent with the subdivision master plan.
