Under communications, the City Clerk reported receipt of bids for an RFP for Fire Department billing and several administrative notices. The minutes list a Notice of Claim from Perkins Pomales regarding a tree at 309 Church Street and a Notice of Defect and Complaint from Dr. Paul McAffee about a city tree at 181 Lincoln Avenue; the Clerk also noted the municipal closure on Labor Day and a request from SLA Solutions on behalf of Kenan Center Inc. seeking a waiver of the NYS Liquor Authority's 30-day notice requirement.
