Town of Webb sets planning/ZBA schedules, mandates training and appoints members

The Town of Webb established meeting nights for the planning board (first and third Tuesday at 7 p.m.) and the zoning board of appeals (fourth Tuesday at 7 p.m.). The board adopted attendance limits — planning board members may miss no more than five meetings per year and ZBA members no more than three — and set a mandatory minimum of four hours of annual training for members of both boards.

Appointments included David Tracy to the zoning board of appeals for a term expiring Dec. 31, 2030, and the reappointment of Ed Tandendrick to the planning board with a term expiring Dec. 31, 2032. Motions to adopt the schedule, training requirement and appointments were approved by voice vote.
