TEXHOMA ISD board approves TCEC bid to update electrical connections at Glenn and Pearl property

At a special meeting Jan. 11, 2026, the TEXHOMA ISD board approved a bid from TCEC to update electrical connections and other land improvements at the district's new property at Glenn and Pearl.
