Council approves ADA website widget, county tax-software fee and spring cleanup dates

Council discussed several administrative items and approved motions during the meeting's final section. On website accessibility, Joseph Kramer moved (second Catheanne Long) to install an ADA-compliant widget at a cost of $500; council affirmed the motion and noted an additional $1,100 cost for the website. Council also received correspondence that the county will provide tax-collector software at $50 per month and voted to pay that amount so the county will send tax bills.

Catheanne Long agreed to coordinate spring cleanup logistics and check availability for four dumpsters to be delivered the Thursday before the event; proposed cleanup dates were May 29–30 or June 5–6. The council moved to approve bills and then adjourned the meeting on motions recorded in the minutes.
