DCA deputy commissioner outlines housing portfolio, says she will depart after long tenure

Deputy Commissioner Carmen Chubb told a legislative committee that the Department of Community Affairs’ Housing Group manages three broad program areas: rental housing development, homeownership financing and housing assistance for people who are homeless or have special housing needs.
