During new business the membership moved and passed several governance and funding motions. With no representative present, members voted to dissolve Chapter 10 and to transition its three houses to other chapters; the motion passed (MSP). The association also approved holding the state convention at the Drury Plaza Hotel for the next two years (MSP).
Financial motions passed included allocation of $2,000 to each of eight regions for 4TK (Wichita, Kansas City, Topeka, McPherson, Hays, Hutchinson, Great Bend and Pittsburg), and multiple reimbursement motions: Chapter 2 $725 for World Convention, Chapter 26 $212.70 for one night of hotel, NE Alumni $775 for one registration, Chapter 12 $1,550 for two registrations (to be applied to bed‑dues balances), and a group reimbursement totaling $321.48. The membership also approved $25 fines for some chapters with unpaid bed dues and recorded other housekeeping motions (MSP).
