Mary M. Knight School District board approves agenda, hears reports and presentations

The Mary M. Knight School District Board of Directors convened Dec. 29, 2025, at the district administration building. President Jill Edgin called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m. and completed roll call; Alexander Ushman attended via Zoom and Jake Goldy was listed as absent. "All in favor, motion carried," the record notes on routine motions to approve the agenda and consent agenda.

During the roughly 55-minute meeting the board heard a financial report from Laurie Seymour and the superintendent’s monthly report from Superintendent Matthew Mallery. The board discussed Policy/Procedure 5406/5406P and facilities, approved the 2026 WACA MMK Agreement, and received a presentation on the district’s PBIS program from Josh Stoney. The minutes record no executive session or executive actions. The signed minutes show Matthew Mallery and President Jill Edgin as official signatories.
