Questions persist over Memorial Park pathway shortfall, schedule

Trustee (Speaker 3) asked how the roughly $900,000 Memorial Park Shoreline pathway project will be financed after the board described available funding of $531,000 — which includes a 20% local match and about $417,000 in New York State funds. Board members said the village plans to use bonds and forthcoming budget resolutions to cover the remaining shortfall.
