Resident urges Plymouth to fix missing planning notices, releases FPPC letter and questions city clerk pay

During the public-comment period, Stephanie Moreno told the council that three planning-notice postings for development projects were not accessible through the city's standard notices pages and that the website requires users to navigate through a dated folder structure to find items. "It's your responsibility to make sure that constituents know what you're voting on," she told council members and asked staff to correct website posting practices.

Moreno also said she previously provided the council with a detailed written memo alleging the city is "paying the city clerk position illegally" and asked that the issue be put on an agenda. Separately, she said she had obtained a Fair Political Practices Commission letter online relating to Mayor Cranford and asked the mayor to recuse herself from future tribal discussions "in an abundance of caution." City staff did not resolve the clerk-pay allegation at the meeting; council members acknowledged the request and directed staff to follow up.
