Nissequogue ZBA holds work session; three members conducted site visit ahead of June 15 hearing

The Zoning Board of Appeals for the Incorporated Village of Nissequogue convened a public work session on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Village Hall, 631 Moriches Road. Four ZBA board members were present for the meeting; the minutes identify Michael Fazio as Chairman and list Desmond Murphy, William Kent and Ron Rothman as members. Susan Cimino McGarrigal is recorded as ZBA Secretary and signed the minutes.

Minutes state there was discussion pertaining to a prior public hearing held on May 18, 2026, and that the Chairman made a motion to the board members to vote on the public hearing record. The minutes also note that three ZBA members went on a site visit ahead of an upcoming ZBA public hearing scheduled for Monday, June 15, 2026. The meeting was adjourned at 1:00 p.m.
