Library delays final vote on bylaw formatting, cites in-person quorum requirement

The Davis Memorial Library board revisited the format for its renewed bylaws but postponed a final decision until more members can be present. Members agreed the substantive edits had been made earlier, but the choice among file formats and a formal vote on the chosen format remains outstanding.

"I think she said in our bylaws, it states we all have to be present," the Chair said during discussion of whether the format could be settled by email. Members noted they had been unable to open some of the file formats sent previously and decided to delay formalizing the format until a future meeting when the absent member could participate.
