Board approves August and September minutes

During the meeting the board formally moved to accept the August minutes and later the September minutes. A Committee member moved to accept the August minutes and another member seconded; after a voice vote the Chair declared the ayes had it. Later, members similarly moved and approved the September minutes.

The approvals were completed by voice vote; the transcript records the Chair declaring unanimous outcomes but does not include a roll-call tally of individual votes. Members noted previous meetings had lacked sufficient attendance to finalize some items, prompting the repeated motioning and voting.
