Actions at the meeting: agenda adopted, meeting adjourned

Two formal motions were recorded in the session. Committee member (S3) moved to accept the agenda and consent calendar and Committee member (S4) seconded; the Chair called for a voice vote and the motion carried with 'Aye' recorded. The Chair also noted two commissioners (Jacob and Sean) were absent at the start of the meeting.

At the end of the meeting, a motion to adjourn was made and seconded and the Chair closed the session. No ordinances, resolutions, contract awards or budget decisions were presented or acted on during this meeting.
