Neighbor raises parking and turnaround concerns on Cato's Nose Road during public comment

During public comment, Mary Peterson told the planning board her property abuts the parcel discussed earlier and that parking and turnaround remain a problem on Cato's Nose Road. She said there are two camps beyond the addressed property used frequently by others and reported that vehicles have used her land to turn around without permission.

Board members thanked Peterson for raising the concern and said the issue had been observed in the site visit and addressed in earlier discussion; staff will note the complaint in the file. Peterson said she watched the livestream of the prior hearing and wanted the record to reflect that there are more camps than had been stated previously.
