Minocqua board approves Revised County Plat #24-24, designates access road as private

The Minocqua Board of Supervisors approved Revised County Plat #24-24 (the preliminary plat of "Holy Moly") at its June 23 special meeting. The plat, submitted by Wilderness Surveying (Jim Rein, surveyor) for owner Robert Rynders Revocable Trust, describes 13 lots on a portion of the NW-SE, Section 7, T39N, R6E (PIN MI-2120; 10661 Cator Drive).

Meeting materials and those present reflected a change in the map that designates the access roadway as a private road rather than a town road; the board was informed that a road maintenance agreement will be recorded after the plat so the plat can be referenced in that agreement. With the owner Robert Rynders and surveyor Jim Rein Sr. present, the board approved the revised plat on a motion by Supervisor Brian Fricke, seconded by Supervisor Billy Fried.

The vote was recorded as carried by voice vote. The town will record the road maintenance agreement after the plat is filed so that duties and references are documented; no additional conditions or dollar amounts were specified at the meeting.
