Commission approves Motorola repeater move to county jail for $7,945.81

The commission approved Captain Matt Morris's requested proposal to relocate a Motorola repeater from the Pell City water tank to the county jail at a cost of $7,945.81. Commissioners praised Morris's prompt action in getting the item ready and the motion was moved, seconded and carried. "This will require a budget amendment," the chair said during the discussion.
