Aurora board to apply for DEC recycling grant; Hybrid Building contract contingent on grant with 25% match noted

The Aurora Town Board voted to apply for a New York State DEC recycling grant to purchase two new trucks; the motion included a stipulation that the board must later approve any purchase.
