Council members asked about the West Innovation District (WID) scope and short‑term fixes for ID 2/ID 3; staff clarified that major special‑district work (WID, Bridge Street, historic districts) would not be substantially changed by the audit but that targeted short‑term amendments could be advanced and that a larger comprehensive WID review could follow. The council moved and approved adoption of the audit report and next steps by roll call.
