Cullen leaders scramble to set a follow-up meeting after missing quorum

Town attorney Josh Chevalier advised caution about using a procedural workaround and recommended obtaining a unanimous consent resolution if possible to avoid negative perceptions from the attorney general's office. Chevalier said the state could proceed without consent, but consenting would be faster and more orderly; he suggested members coordinate a date and post notice so residents and state contacts are informed.
