Youth commission launches holiday food drive; asks residents to share flyer

Monte Sereno's Youth Commission reported that its holiday food drive is underway and encouraged commissioners and residents to help with outreach. Commissioners discussed coordination with nearby schools and a concurrent food drive at Blue Sky House High School; the group pledged to compete by collecting more donations and to press KCAT to post the flyer on social channels. Staff committed to confirm the city's Facebook posting and to provide printed flyers after the meeting.
