Police cruiser purchase discussion deferred until officer returns

Board members noted the administrative package and electronic transfer case responsiveness as factors in the procurement; one member suggested the dealership might be able to address issues if the purchase is delayed. "He doesn't like the hybrid," a board member said of Mike's preferences.
