Board denies pardon for Tremaine Reeves, citing minimization and seriousness of offenses

The board reviewed Tremaine Reeves' application and, after discussing a long history that included registry placement and unsatisfactory supervision, Chair Jennifer Medina Zaccagnini moved to deny the pardon.
