County administrator: Phase 2 on time, ribbon-cutting set for Sept. 29

County Administrator told the committee that Phase 2 of a county project is on time and within budget and provided multiple project updates. "Phase 2... it will make a note that it is on time and within budget," the administrator said.

He reported a $31,000 cost savings on the Castle Rock Maintenance Building owing to omitted retaining wall and material bin block work tied to final site grades and gave brief updates on Cottonville Dam and Highway Z construction scheduling. The administrator also said the airport stakeholder meetings are going well and asked members to "mark your calendars for a special event coming up September 29 at noon for the phase 2 building project ribbon cutting." Committee members had no questions.
