City to require lead service inventory and cross-connection survey from utility customers

City Administrator Jord Wilson told the council the city will distribute a lead service inventory form and a cross-connection survey to every utility customer as part of regulatory and safety compliance work. "It is mandatory that each utility user fill out the information sheet and return it to city hall," he said.
