Council upholds Planning & Zoning approval for Elkhorn Springs design review at 113 Senabi Lane

The Sun Valley City Council reviewed the record-only appeal of Planning & Zoning Commission approval for Design Review Application No. DR 2014-21 (Lot T3-3, Block 6 of Elkhorn Springs Phase II, 113 Senabi Lane). Community Development Director Mark Hofman and City Attorney Adam King explained the appeal process. Appellant Donald Timmons presented his objections and appellee David Hennessy presented a response.

After questions from council members and discussion, Council Member Keith Saks moved to deny the appeal and uphold the findings and decision of the Sun Valley Planning and Zoning Commission; Council Member Michelle Griffith seconded the motion. A roll call vote recorded AYES from Michelle Griffith, Keith Saks and Peter Hendricks; NAYS: none, and the Mayor declared the motion approved.
