Residents and stakeholders comment on plan update; council responds

During the public comment period Nancy Humphrey (Sun Valley resident) spoke; later in the meeting community stakeholders including Wally Huffman and Tim Silva of the Sun Valley Company answered council questions during LUPA discussion. Mayor Dewayne Briscoe and council members responded to comments and recorded follow-up items for staff.

The meeting record notes public participation and multiple exchanges between council, staff and private stakeholders but shows no formal action arising directly from public comment. The council closed public comment before proceeding to the substantive agenda items.
