Sun Valley council adjourns to executive session citing Idaho Code 67-2345 (a), (b) and (f)

At its Aug. 14, 2014 special meeting, the Sun Valley City Council voted to adjourn the public meeting and move into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2345 sections (a), (b) and (f). Council Member Michelle Griffith made the motion, Council President Keith Saks seconded, and a roll call vote was unanimous. The meeting record shows the council entered executive session at 4:42 p.m.

The record further shows Council President Keith Saks moved to come out of executive session at 5:50 p.m.; that motion, seconded by Michelle Griffith, passed by unanimous roll call.
