Council approves consent agenda including property sales and $20M bond for lead line replacement

Examples included Ordinance 26‑066 (sale of 241 3rd Street / Shank / Temple Street properties under NJSA 48:12‑13(c) to Vessel Technologies and Bridgepoint Development LLC for $33,560) and a series of similar sales at stated prices. For each property sale the council asked whether any members of the public wished to speak; none did, motions were made and seconded, and roll calls recorded "motion carried." On first reading Council approved Ordinance 26‑088, a bond ordinance to appropriate and authorize the issuance of $20,000,000 in bonds or notes for phase 8 of the lead service line replacement program in the Trenton Water Works service area. Council then introduced Ordinance 26‑089 authorizing a PILOT agreement with Enterprise MMM Urban Renewal LLC for up to 30 years; that item also passed first reading by roll call.

The council did not debate each sale item at length; the clerk read descriptions and members voted in sequence. Several items were pulled from consent by the administration earlier in the meeting (see separate timeline entry on ARP funds), and a walk‑on appointment for the senior advisory council (resolution 26‑333) was approved by roll call.
