Holley trustees confirm mayoral appointments, set fiscal-year rules

Mayor Kevin Lynch’s appointments were approved unanimously at the village’s organizational meeting on July 13. "Motion by Trustee Bower and seconded by Trustee Moroz that approval be given to the appointments made by Mayor Lynch," the minutes record; the vote was recorded as five ayes and no nays.

The board approved the appointment of Hillary Ingalls as deputy clerk/treasurer and confirmed zoning and planning board appointments for Monica Seeler (three-year term to 2024) and Sandy Heise (five-year term to 2026). The board also carried over several village officials: Deborah Schiavone as clerk-treasurer and tax collector, John Sansone as village attorney, and Marsha DeFilipps as historian. Trustees were assigned departmental responsibilities and instructed that no single trustee may act unilaterally without full board consent.
