Holley renews waterline advisory contract; approves $533,181 construction pay request

The Holley Board of Trustees voted to renew the village’s contract with Municipal Solutions for work on the waterline replacement project. "Motion to by Trustee Nenni and seconded by Trustee Moroz, with attorney approval renewing original contract with Municipal Solutions dated June 8, 2018 for the village waterline project," the minutes state; the board recorded the motion as carried unanimously and the contract fee for the current project scope was estimated at $30,000.

The board also approved Pay Application No. 6 to contractor Mark Cerrone in the amount of $533,181.14 for ongoing construction work on the waterline project. "Motion by Trustee Nenni and seconded by Trustee Moroz approving payment of pay Appp # 6 to Mark Cerrone in the amount of $ 533,181.14," the record shows. The minutes record the vote as Ayes 5, Nays 0.
