Holley board discusses deeding Historical Society building, Hurd Alley repairs and celebrates library's 75th

Mayor Bower recognized the Village Library's 75th anniversary and presented a plaque to Director Sandy Shaw. The board publicly acknowledged the milestone and thanked library leadership for community service.

Separately, board members discussed transferring Hurd Alley to the library. The library plans to repair standing‑water damage to brickwork and transform the alley into outdoor seating described in the minutes as a 'Hidden Garden.'
