Dispatch chair and a chief deputy announce retirements; committee adjourns for jail inspection

During the meeting's announcements, the chief deputy reported two major personnel departures: Terry Anderson, the long-serving dispatch chair, will retire at the beginning of December after 33 years in the role, and the chief deputy announced their own retirement effective September 18 after 31 years of service.
