Aaron Stewart willing to serve as Planning Commission chair; two alternates named

Aaron Stewart expressed willingness to serve as chair of the Uintah City Planning Commission during the Dec. 29 staff meeting. Staff emphasized that, under municipal code, the commission chair must be elected by the commission members.

Staff also identified two alternates for the commission: Benjamin Mitchell and Daniel Buckway. The matter was presented as an informational item at the staff meeting; any formal appointment or election would take place at the Planning Commission level rather than during this staff meeting.
