CIP committee assigns presenters for planning-board presentation, sets Sept. 10 date

Committee members divided responsibilities for presenting department sections at the planning-board meeting and agreed the presentations should be short and focus on key points and any large or unusual items. The chair asked members to volunteer to present specific departments; Olivia Wilcher agreed to cover library and parks & rec and one member took public works, while others accepted police, fire, administration and sewer.

Staff reminded members the planning-board meeting will be Sept. 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the same room. Joanne said, “Just as a reminder, that meeting is September 10. And it's at 07:00.” Members asked staff to circulate assignments and to keep presentations concise because most planning-board members already have the matrix in front of them.
