Water Resource Agency confirms DEC permit filed for Silver Lake dredging; consultants to present in August and Sept.

The Wyoming County Water Resource Agency reported to the Planning Committee that it has submitted a DEC permit application for the Silver Lake dredging project. Barton & Loguidice are scheduled to present to the Water Resource Agency on Aug. 19 and to the Committee of the Whole on Sept. 8, according to the minutes. The item was recorded under the Wyo. Co. Water Resource Agency update; no vote was recorded on the permit application itself.

Other items in the Water Resource Agency update included a meeting with CLEAN at M. Hess's home, Bennington meter reading and a review of meter reading software.
