Commission reviews recommendation to appoint James Ellis to intellectual disabilities board

Chair announced Item 2 seeking to appoint James Ellis to the Dothan-Houston County intellectual disabilities board to fill an unexpired term and said the nomination came as a recommendation from Dana Strickland, executive director.
