Burnet County authorizes applications for FY27 SB22 rural law-enforcement grants

Burnet County Commissioners authorized submission of FY27 SB22 Rural Law Enforcement Grant applications for three offices with no county match required: the Sheriff's Office (up to $350,000), the County Attorney (up to $175,000) and the District Attorney (up to $275,000). The court approved the authorization by voice vote, 5–0.
