Sun Valley council voids earlier contract amendment to cure potential Idaho open-meetings violation

At the Oct. 16 special meeting the Sun Valley council formally recognized a potential violation of Idaho’s open-meetings law related to action taken in executive session at the Oct. 5 regular meeting.
