Sun Valley council enters executive session to consult legal counsel on potential litigation

Council Member Michelle Griffith moved and Council Member Jane Conard seconded a motion to enter executive session "pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206 section (f) To communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated." A roll call vote was taken and the motion carried with Council President Keith Saks, Council Member Michelle Griffith and Council Member Jane Conard voting aye.
