Committee discusses warrant-signature emails, DocHub delivery issues and meeting-recording plans

Committee members and staff discussed two administrative items: problems receiving warrant-signature requests via DocHub and whether meeting recording/transmission arrangements will continue in the same meeting room.

A committee member reported an issue where warrant-signature emails "were just sending it to spam," and staff said they would contact DocHub support and advise members to whitelist the sender to prevent missed signatures. The business administrator and other staff said they would troubleshoot the DocHub delivery and resend the relevant documents to officials who had not received them.

Separately, members discussed whether future meetings will be recorded and transmitted via Eastworks/Easthampton. Staff said the venue and technology are shifting and that while an upstairs meeting room records, it may not transmit live; they will check with Eastworks and district technology staff and report back before the next meeting.

Both items were treated as administrative follow-ups rather than policy votes; staff committed to troubleshooting and to confirming recording arrangements before the next scheduled meeting.
