Council accepts Los Amigos ASR well improvements, authorizes monitoring‑well contract

Council adopted Resolution No. 4102‑26 accepting work performed by Parks Water Resources, LLC for construction of municipal well improvements tied to the Los Amigos Shallow ASR Water Supply Wells Installation and Testing Project and directed the Town Clerk to record a Notice of Completion. The acceptance was part of the Consent Calendar approved unanimously by the four members present.

Separately, the council approved a Construction Services Agreement with Park Water Resources, LLC to drill, install and develop one new monitoring well as part of the Los Amigos Monitoring Well Installation and Development Project in an amount not to exceed $68,664.10 plus a 20% contingency of $13,733.90, for a total authorization of $82,398. The Town Manager was authorized to execute the agreement and approve change orders within the authorized contingency.
