Planning commission approves a string of small rezoning and subdivision requests

Several small rezoning and subdivision requests were presented and approved with staff recommendation during the meeting. Items approved included a 0.34-acre combination and rezoning by John D. Johnson on Tillman Drive, a 6.36-acre proposal for boat and RV storage (rezoned to AG2 in part), a 0.26-acre MSF-6 request for a duplex (G Y A T LLC), a 1.12-acre split for Brown's Mobile Home Park, and a 0.48-acre rezoning for a manufactured home on Rutledge Lane.
