County directed staff to draft moratorium on rezoning in 589 Corridor, staff says reviews paused

Planning staff reported that, at the last county commissioners meeting, staff were directed to draft a moratorium resolution on rezoning applications along the 589 Corridor. The planning staff said the moratorium means the county will not process or review rezoning applications in that corridor while staff evaluate traffic impacts and related studies.
