Committee members also cataloged optional services listed in the proposal — digital forms, branded email accounts, emergency alerts, AI-powered search, AI-generated agenda and minutes tools, and live meeting streaming — and identified branded email addresses with archiving as the most useful option. The committee asked for clarification on how many emails are included and available storage, and requested that Pam Dickman contact Gene at Town Web to clarify the annual support package and what services (maintenance, staff training, ADA guidance, ongoing assistance) are covered.
