Weston committee will solicit proposals from Revize and Abby Childs before recommending a vendor

To ensure multiple options are evaluated, the Website Committee agreed to accept proposals from Revize and from Abby Childs before making a recommendation to the Selectboard. The minutes state, "The Website Committee will take proposals from Revize and Abby Childs before recommendations to the Selectboard is presented."

Committee members said they wanted demonstrations and clearer cost breakdowns from all vendors so the Selectboard receives a comparative analysis. The committee emphasized staff ease of use for any content management system and requested demonstrations and clarification of pricing, optional features, and ongoing support prior to the July 28 recommendation.
